Apply for Shares

If you are interested in investing and joining our community drive to keep our pub thriving, here is what you need to do:

STEP 1: Read the information in the Share offer and supporting documents below.

STEP 2: Send us a signed application form. It’s easier for us if you apply online, so if you can do this, please fill out the short form below to have an online application form emailed to you. Thank you!

STEP 3: Transfer the money for the shares you want to buy via bank transfer to Friends of the POW, Account No: 66022886 Sort code 60-21-37 or post a cheque to us at Friends of the POW, Lyncot, Newtown St Martin, Helston, TR12 6DP

*** Please make sure you put your name as reference on BACS transfers and not ‘SHARES’ so we can match your payment to your application ***

We will then send you a confirmation that we have received funds and the application and we will send out your share certificate as soon as possible.

Please let us know if you plan to give your shares to someone else as a Christmas gift as if received before December 22nd we will send you a pledge certificate to download and print yourself in time for Christmas. You will need to let the person know and transfer the shares formally after Christmas. All shareholders must be over 18.
